What this page covers
AFFPRO Agency's CRM uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. This page lists exactly what we set, why, and for how long — nothing more.
The cookies we use

| crm_locale | Remembers your chosen interface language (EN/RU/UA) | 1 year |
| crm_tz | Remembers your timezone, so dates are shown in your own clock | 1 year |
| crm_tz_pinned | Set when you pick a time zone in Settings, so the app keeps it instead of following this browser's clock | 1 year |
| crm_theme | Remembers whether you chose the dark or the light theme | 1 year |
| crm_sidebar | Remembers whether you folded the sidebar down to icons | 1 year |
| crm_sections | Remembers which tables you folded away on a page | 1 year |
| crm_consent | Remembers that you have seen this notice | 1 year |
Also stored in your browser
Table column widths are kept in your browser's local storage under crm.tableWidths.*, not in a cookie. They never leave your device and are not sent to us with any request. Clearing your browser data resets them.
What we don't use
- No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- No advertising or retargeting trackers
- No cookies shared with or set by third parties
- No cross-site or fingerprinting tracking of any kind
Managing cookies
Because every cookie we set is essential to running the CRM, there is no in-product toggle to turn individual ones off — disabling them would break login, language, or table settings. You can still clear or block cookies from your browser settings at any time; doing so will simply sign you out and reset your preferences to default.
